Kenneth, Michaela, Preston, Jodie and the rest of the staff at Einstein give me faith that customer service is still alive and well if you know where to look. They helped me get some last minute trade show swag as well as printing raffle tickets and a sign. Then they helped me figure out a solution to a self inflicted logistical problem!
