Omar, with Base Home Inspections, did such a thorough, honest inspection for our condo. We have had four inspections throughout the last twenty years of purchases and he was the most honest, detailed inspector. He was on-time, contacted us immediately upon requested appointment and contacted us throughout the process. He emailed us the report within 24 hours and was available for questions. Attached are just some of the pictures he noted. The most impressive being the moisture spot on the bedroom closet. In the future, we will continue to use him for any and all properties.
