I highly recommend Scott. This was my 2nd home inspection, as I didn't end up going forward with the first house. He was able to answer all of my questions and make me feel more comfortable about purchasing the house. He was very through and made the process of learning and understanding the house very easy. If an issue did arise, he was able to explain how it needed to be fixed and gave a rough estimate on costs. Overall, I had a positive experience using Brightside Home Inspections (twice). I would/will use them again in the future if I purchase another home.

Scott performed a very thorough and detailed inspection. The home I have an offer on had a previous inspection from a different company which I didn't think was detailed enough.
