I cannot say enough good things about Steve from Essential Home Inspections, LLC. He did a thorough inspection of the property and gave us incredible feedback. Steve took his time and went through the entire home from top to bottom, inside and out. After taking 3 hours on the inspection itself, the then spent another half hour going through his findings with us. He explained everything and had it all labeled on the list complete with color-coding, pictures and videos. Essential Home Inspections LLC were absolute professionals and very easy to work with. We will definitely be using them for all of our future properties.
