Mike is a very knowledgeable home inspector and nice to work with. He did a thorough job in a single family house we bought recently in Shrewsbury. He clearly distinguished the safety related must fixes Vs issues that would need to be addressed down the road. He gave ideas on fixes and cost range. He was very punctual and delivered the detailed report the same day. His price was affordable. Would highly recommend Mike and definitely use him in the future.
