Eric was very professional and punctual. During this inspection of the property , he was very thorough and efficient. He provided a detailed report the same day as the inspection and included quality pictures and description to show all issues that were found on the property. Found EC Home Inspections online and had a great experience. Both Rachel (receptionist) and Eric (inspector) were prompt and efficient. I got my report the same day with pictures/video of all the things needing fixing, including drone footage and thermal camera images - very thorough.
