I found Blake after another inspection company refused to go under a crawl space because they seen rat droppings. I called Blake and he showed up with his white jumpsuit and mask and got the job done with ease. Ever since he’s been my go to inspector and my clients are grateful when I recommended him. Prior to starting he asks my clients if there is anything specific they would like checked out and at the end he always asks if my clients have any questions which they usually do.
