Alexander inspected an almost 100 year old home with a hot water boiler system for me and was very thorough and explained everything to me in an understandable way. He also gave me a good idea of what to prioritize with future repairs and maintenance. He even let me snap some pics of the screen of his thermal camera so that I could know where the pipes ran in the walls so that I could avoid them during any future mini split A/C installation. After the inspection he very promptly emailed me the link to the report which included photos and a ranking of the issues in terms of seriousness. He also let me know he comes back for free one time if you need him after some contractor work or something. Very professional and helpful, would highly recommend! Thanks Alexander!.

Needed an inspection on a large rental property before closing and hired Northern Pride Home Inspections. Alexander was very thorough in his inspection and conducted the approach as if he was a partner in the purchase. After we received the report on the property, in very short order, he jumped on a call to walk us through every aspect of the report.
