Prestige Home Inspections

From the moment I called and spoke with Rhonda to the moment I received my written report for my home inspection from Rob, my entire experience with Prestige Home Inspections could not have been more pleasant. Robs inspection was incredibly thorough! He went over every concern I had with the house before I even mentioned them and gave me a lot of insight into other issues with the house that I would have either never noticed on my own, or wouldn't have known about for potentially months until after i had purchased the home. He gave me clear advice on what could be done to improve/fix each problem which helped me see these minor defects with the home as nothing more than a Sunday evening cleanup project :) After I received my written Report, Rob even called me to go over a few things he noticed while preparing the report that he didn't have a chance to mention to me in person. I can safely say I will be using and recommending Prestige Home Inspections for as long as I'm alive :)

She was always kind, patient, and responsive with the many questions we had. Our inspector Scott was professional and clear when explaining defects or concerns around the home.
