Dennis was awesome! I called on a Saturday desperate to get a home inspection done latest on Tuesday due to a tight contingency period. Robb Inspections was able to accommodate me on Tuesday morning and get me all the info I needed the same day!! I was blown away by the customer service and their ability to accommodate me! Alex was great on the phone and answered all my questions. Dennis did the inspection and was very thorough. I felt completely confident from the report and was able to squeeze some credits on the home purchase, even in this crazy market!!
