Second Chance Home Inspection

We were in the process of obtaining a home inspection. We contacted Amos and he scheduled us right away. Extremely professional, was at the location before we arrived and did a full inspection within the time frame that was agreed on. After he was done he provided us a full breakdown of what was needed and our report was ready via online as well as a copy to send to our realtor. Amos helped me with the inspection of my new home. Being a first time home owner I wasn’t sure what I was supposed to look for during a home inspection. He guided me through the process. Pointed out thing the house needed repair before closing escrow. He provided with a report that explained every single item that needed repair with a good description that included pictures. The report included a price estimation for the repairs which also helped me negotiate some credit with the prior home owner before closing escrow. He truly went out of his way to make sure I had no questions of my now called home. I truly appreciate all his work.
