Strategic Home Inspections

Ruben is very thorough with his work. He spent time making sure inspect all parts of a home I'm in the process of buying. He gives unbiased opinions and also talks through his though process throughout the inspection. The written report goes in-depth and is filled with instructive pictures and recommendations on how to fix issues. 10/10 would recommend him for any inspection.

Wonderful experience with Ruben at Strategic Home Inspections for our home inspection. We were able to book time with him quickly, he was thorough, and when we joined him toward the end of the inspection he walked us through the house to show us all of the areas of note. It was easy to pay online the day before the inspection and we received a full, clear report the following day. He was also very open about the items he was able to advise on and those for which he'd recommend additional inspection or contractor advice, and it was easy to reach him for questions after the inspection. I would definitely work with Strategic Home Inspections again if we ever have a need.
