SiteGuard Inspection Services

SiteGuard Inspection Services is an awesome service for home inspections. We used them to inspect a property we were in contract to purchase. Nathan called me before the inspection to inquire what I was most concerned about, in regards to the property's condition. He was very professional. I was provided an inspection report the same day, which went into detail about the entire inspection, covering items I never thought to look for. Nathan made time to speak to me over the phone to discuss any questions I had about the inspection report and thoroughly provided explanation to the items I was most concerned about. This was a great service and I will definitely use SiteGuard Inspection Services for future home inspections!.

We had both Brandy and Nathan complete inspections on a unique property with two homes and additional buildings. Their reports were extremely detailed and their presentations to review the reports were extremely thorough. They took their time to review and answer all our questions and were remained professional and positive about everything. Superior inspections. My second time using this service and the inspector caught things the Allstate adjuster and roofing companies missed on the exterior of my home. I would definitely recommend as they are very thorough! Courtney Davis
