I had a great experience with Spradling Home Inspections! Melanie was WONDERFUL when I called to schedule the inspection, she was so happy and helpful and really cared! Stuart was GREAT during the inspections, I arrived with some friends during the inspection, he took the time to sit down with us to explain what he was finding already, and in a clear and understandable way. He was very personable and easy to talk to, and even my skeptical self felt like I could trust him completely! They sent me a complete report that was easy to understand THAT DAY! Fast service! I enjoyed visiting with him and Melanie and I would definitely recommend this experience to anyone needing a home inspection!.

The inspector took the time to answer all my questions. The inspection was very thorough and was written thoroughly and to the point. Melanie was a wonderful asset and answered any questions I had. I will definitely use them again when needing inspection services!.

Stuart and Melanie provide incredible service to their clients. Stuart is extremely thorough in each home inspection, and gives a very detailed review of each and every aspect of the home. This is my second time using the Spradling's for a home inspection. I am so glad I called them again. Melanie and Stuart are easy to reach and so delightful to talk to. They are incredibly detail oriented and thorough. I like that they don't just point out problems, but also communicate the good things they see. The reports are detailed and let you know if something absolutely needs fixed or something that should not be a deal breaker, but should be looked at fixing in the future.
