I spoke with Ana Toledo today to inquire about an issue with water in my unit. She was prompt to follow up with my tenants and later with me. She was very professional and helpful.

BRIGS got us the Homeowner's Welcome packet quickly and were very responsive about online access issues.

I accidentally delivered a package to my old address and Jessica was extremely helpful and quick with getting me connected to the current tenant so I could meet up with her.

RPM Boston has been managing my Boston property since 2021 and it's been a great experience. Veronica handles maintenance and she is always very responsive. For big maintenance projects, she spent time contacting multiple vendors to get me prices to compare with and communicates to tenants in a timely manner. Her dual languages are very helpful when interacting with tenants who speak Spanish. Richard takes care of rents and tenant relationship. He is another great person at RPM Boston. He is very experienced and responds to my emails very quickly. I feel lucky to have Richard and Veronica manage my property!
