Working with the Steve Cohen team (specifically Kate Wood) has been amazing. They’ve helped me with a sale and two purchases over the last couple of years and without their guidance and extensive knowledge of the market, I never would have found my dream condo in the South End. The entire team is extremely responsive, always answering my millions of questions, and have great connections to local businesses should you need them. This last sale/purchase all happened within a matter for 48 hours and I truly couldn’t have done it without them. I found my new condo, made a competitive offer that was accepted, and then accepted an offer on my current condo (above asking!) all in the same couple of days. I would 10/10 recommend this team and look forward to using them on my next sale/purchase in the future, whenever that may be.

3 months ago My husband and I were first time home buyers and had the pleasure of working with Josh Leibowitz who was amazing throughout the whole process. Josh was so patient and understanding with us and answered each and every question we had about the process from start to finish. It took us several months to find a home that fit our needs, but Josh never pressured us or made us feel like we were wasting his time. Josh was very communicative throughout everything and super easy to get in touch with. We were pretty intimidated with the whole process as we are first time buyers, but Josh made us feel so comfortable and at ease with everything. He helped us schedule showings at every single listing we requested, sent us listings that fit our criteria, and ultimately helped us put together a competitive offer that lead to us being able to get the home we love! We cannot recommend Josh enough, he is incredible.

Steve and his team worked quickly and efficiently to sell our condo.
