We have been working with Equity team for almost three years now and cannot say enough good things about the service and support we receive in a management company. We began renting our first property with no clue on what to do or how to run it and Carissa has been there for us every step of the way. Carissa is PHENOMENAL. We had a few bumps in the road with tenants, and Carissa handled every issue flawlessly. I know for a fact without Carissa some of the issues (legal and insurance claims) would not have been taken care of properly. She is wonderful and so thankful we have her managing our property. Been using Equity Team for a couple of years to manage two of my properties. Compared to other companies I've used previously, they are very professional and strive to not only provide the tenant with a great home but also the owners with great tenants. Charity has been my portfolio manager. She responds quickly, is always extremely professional, and can come up with several solutions to any problem that may arise. She is a pleasure to work with.

Working with the EquityTeam has been great, we were able to look at our home and be under contract fairly quickly, most of which was done over dinner on our phone. The process was easy and we were able to get moved in very smoothly. Definitely a nice seamless process, definitely one of the better renting experiences I've had.

I want to thank the maintenance team (Luke & Keleb) for their excellent service. They were prompt, professional, and courteous throughout the entire process. They arrived on time, explained what needed to be done, and completed the work efficiently. The issue was resolved quickly, and they made sure everything was clean and in working order before leaving. It's always a relief to have reliable and respectful professionals taking care of home repairs. Great job!.

Hands down the best property management company of all time. I live at Ashgrove and the leasing manager and property manager Denise and Deanna are the best a guy could ask for. We have an excellent maintenance supervisor Jacob that handles any issues quick and professionally. I really can't express how great of a team they have assembled out here. If you're looking for an apartment either sort term or long term, definitely make sure its managed by SNS management LLC.

Yar’J is the best! From start to finish! She is extremely helpful, kind, informative, and patient. The best part is all her assistance with the application process, moving in date, and the inspection. She was so patient waiting while I took pictures of the apartment and answering questions during inspection. She’s also very responsive. You can ask her anything and she will have a sweet response asap. The community and apartment is very nice. I’m loving it already! Thank you Yar’J!.
