I worked with Ethan and Jenny, And they were absolutely amazing. They had so much patience even when my lender kept dropping the ball. They were extremely professional and always on top of it to get me to closing As quickly as possible. Ethan also went above and beyond doing virtual walk-throughs and giving me great insights for my rental property. He has a lot of contacts all throughout Cincinnati that he can share and seems to be the guy that everybody knows and loves. I'm extremely impressed with him and his team. If I buy more properties in Cincinnati he's my guy.

Josh Honken was a pleaser to work with. He is very knowledgeable about every aspect of the house buying process and is always more than willing to help you along the way. He got me in to every house I wanted to see within the next day. And even did his research by then, so he had a lot of information on every property when he took you in and showed you around. Very pleased I found him. And would recommend him to any and everyone.
