3 Best Property Management in Houston, TX

I am truly satisfied with the service provided by Green Residential. We have been with this property management company since 2023, and any issues we’ve had at our property have been resolved promptly and efficiently. I prefer their method of communication via the Customer Portal rather than phone calls. It’s convenient to simply send a request and attach photos, and they promptly start working on the problem and help resolve it. Additionally, paying through the Portal is much easier and saves me time. A special thanks to Jeremiah for his excellent communication and attention to our requests. Thank you, Green Residential, for making the process smooth and hassle-free.

Green Residential is a fantastic company to work with and my property manager Jeremiah is exceptional and goes above and beyond in every aspect of his work. From clear communication to proactive problem-solving, he ensures that everything runs smoothly. If you’re looking for a reliable, knowledgeable, and dedicated property manager and management company, I highly recommend.

Luis at Green Residential has been amazing helping us as we settle into our new home. The ins and outs of move in are a lot at first and Luis has been timely, responsive, and on top of things to ensure our experience as tenants is top notch. We moved in right before Christmas and hosted our wedding in the back yard one week later and Luis was key to see that things were ready for our celebration. Big thanks, Luis, for everything.

Alma Cristino did an exceptional job handling our home application process! She was incredibly efficient, getting everything done quickly and smoothly. Alma was also extremely informative, walking us through every step and answering all of our questions with patience and clarity. We especially appreciated her accessibility—she always answered the phone when we needed her, which made the entire process stress-free. Her outstanding customer service truly stood out, and we highly recommend her to anyone in need of a reliable and professional experience. Thank you, Alma, for making this such a positive experience.

Where do I even begin! As an agent it can sometimes be a hassle to obtain compensation from a management company after referring a qualified tenant, BUT not Shannon Property….. they have cracked the code on how to efficiently streamline the screening process, lease contract, and communication with the agent to ensure a pleasant experience for all parties involved in the transaction. Quetz was the representative I communicated with on the transaction I was a part of, and by far the best I have ever dealt with in my 15 years of being a Realtor! 1000% I will recommend this management company to anyone.

Alma Cristino was very helpful. She was able to assist my client with the application process, get him approved and lease signed quickly. Thank you again for all of your help.
