It is the proactive property management team who makes you money as an investor. I have been with JWB for 3 years now & I have been very pleased. They respond to my questions promptly & provide copies of all invoices in the client portal so I can see who did what at a property. Their turnover work is prompt & complete as well as their tenant screening. Many of my tenants have renewed their leases for additional years which also is a win-win!.

JWB is such a wonderful company. I've been a resident for several years now. Any maintenance issues, JWB resolves the problem quickly. Any questions or concerns, JWB is willing to help as if they are going through it with you. My lease was up recently. It's rough moving, finding places, and funds. I never asked to renew, they offered and made sure the renewal was affordable for me and my family. They make things easy and efficient. A big thanks to Robin M. for walking me through every situations I may have. YOU GUYS ARE GREAT.
