My historic 1878 Victorian farm house had been terribly neglected and muddled up over the last century. I wanted the best architectural firm to research its original look and draw up plans to present for approval by the Historic Review Commission. JAA provided the finest services, from site visits, frequent meetings, design options as well as contractor referrals. They ushered these plans through committee meetings, accompanying me, while providing counsel along each step. Today my home has been fully restored to its original glory, double gallery (porches) with 8 columns, spacious and most welcoming. I am very happy at the wide range of services and recommendations JAA provides. 5 star review.

We couldn’t be happier with the architecture and design services from JAA Architecture . We bought a 100 year old house in Avondale that needed extensive repairs. The architects and project managers listened to our ideas and made them a reality. We are so pleased with the design and service. Working in a historical preservation neighborhood can be challenging but JAA moved our project along efficiently! We are truly grateful.

I used JAA for Fire Sprinkler plans. The were great to work with and they met with the City and Fire Chief to make sure we did everything how they wanted it the first time around. Highly recommend.
