MYND PROPERTY MANAGEMENT REVIEWS

Mynd took over (merged/bought?) my old property company a few years ago. After a period where nothing really changed, it has now become a really outstanding service. I have a dedicated contact that keeps me informed regularly. Tenant HOA violations are now dealt with immediately. When a tenant leaves, a new one is found quickly. Necessary repairs are handled directly with my chosen home warranty company. All this and at an extremely reasonable cost. Although I am not in the market for additional properties at this time, they offer that service as well. I highly recommend Mynd.

Mynd has been very very good to us, much better than the last company we dealt with! Maintenance and repair issues are handled quickly and professionally! Previous company we had to fight with them to get repairs done and even then we’re still not satisfied! Greatly appreciate these people!

Great customer service!! Called Mynd for maintenance issues on a stove that quick working and sum pump. Message me quick to find the issue with both stove and sum pump had someone out quick to replace both. Thank you For quick response!!

If I could give this place more than a five star, I would. From the moment we showed up and started asking questions, We were immediately welcomed And helped. We dealt with Carla and she was fantastic. She was on her lunch break and took time to still answer questions for us show us around and help us with all of our application needs. She ensured we had a smooth process and was available at all times for questions and assistance. We are super pleased with management and with the community. Thank you Carla.

My move was great, the property manager communicated in a timely manner and explained the process thoroughly. My apartment is clean, no bad odors, the kitchen floor is nice, it has new carpets, the rooms are spacious, and there's so much storage space!

Alexis was such a good help, every question i had she answered, touring the property was easy she explained everything thoroughly.. with no hesitation she was able to get back to me with any questions i had, move in day was easy as well.
