We whole heartedly recommend Verner Architects. They helped us with our “down to the studs” remodel. Their services included everything from making and adjusting our house plans, to finding us a great General Contractor, to advising as needed (and it was needed a lot!), to standing beside us and supporting us when we experienced unforeseen complications. Stephen is a wealth of information and very responsive to any construction related questions we had. He’s hired good, smart people that raise Verner Architects to an even higher level. David is meticulous and honest. Besides designing key parts of the house, he also helped us with paint colors, and area rugs. David had a way of gently steering us in a different direction when we needed it, providing options that opened our eyes to new possibilities. Both Stephen and David listened to our vision of the house and made our ideas reality. We love our home. It’s us. We have Verner Architects to thank for that. We couldn’t be happier with their work.

Stephen and David we're excellent throughout to work with. We had a lengthy project involving structural / foundation work, exterior renovations to bring back to life a late 1800's Victorian façade and a complete interior remodel. They handled the city planning and permitting process and did a phenomenal job working on the details with our contractor. Start to finish we couldn't be happier with the end result - I highly recommend.

From beginning to end, they kept things moving along (and kept my head on straight)... were mindful of my budget... and took the time to make sure every little detail was just right. Design Draw Build handled the architecture for our remodel—adding a bedroom and expanding our downstairs—and did a great job! Tyler and his team have a strong practical design sense, kept us within budget and worked seamlessly with our structural engineer and general contractor. DDB provided the design, planning and construction documents and made the whole process easy getting through Piedmont's planning and building department. Would highly recommend.
