Locations Property Management as a company has been excellent to us for approximately 7yrs. It all stems from their employees caring about the properties they manage. Our Property Manager, Ms Caroline Mosher has done excellent work as our property manager. We’ve had extensive repairs/renovations due to another property owner’s negligence, which she handled professionally and promptly. We had to meet with her at a short times notice, as we’re from out of state, and she accommodated us with all our needs. Excellent work by Ms Mosher and Locations.

I had the pleasure of leasing my apartment through Divona, and through my entire time here she was quick to respond, informative, patient, and just an all around pleasure. If I wasn't leaving Hawaii I would have continued to work with her in finding any new homes. During the move out process it felt like she did everything in her power to to help make my transition out of the the state as easy and seamless as possible. If I could give 6 stars I happily would.

Divona is a consummate professional and offered amazing service. She was helpful, reliable, knowledgeable and available to answer any questions I might have in the process. I would highly recommend her as a property manager.
