I have had nothing but great experiences over many years with Marie Hansen Properties managing two of my investment condos. Sherie has been brilliant at my Makiki place, and Hebron has done wonders with my Aiea rental. They get excellent tenants and best of all, give me utter peace of mind by taking care of any repairs that come up. This is a huge help on weekends or at night because I don't have to take any calls. They've even gotten them reimbursed in certain cases by the building, so I saw a zero invoice for a plumbing repair one time--amazing! Cheryl, the President of Marie Hansen Properties, is fantastic at assessing potential rental properties and in guiding any new landlord through the process of renting. Been with MHP for about 15 years. Very easy to work with. Honest. Very fair on rent changes with plenty of notice. Convenient online paying and service setup. I haven't had any issues with them throughout my entire experience. Great agents and also wonderful office staff.
