I currently rent from them. The office staff are very friendly and helpful and maintenance is quick and extremely good at their job. I have recommended them to friends in the past 7 months I've lived here and will continue to do so. If you're looking for an apartment in Dayton or the surrounding area they should be your first stop. These people are far removed from the slumlords I've had in the past. These people really care about their properties and tenets. And yes they have properties in the suburbs too so you're not just limited to the City of Dayton. I can't recommend Pepzee Reality highly enough.

I moved with pep zee around 2021 in April and I was really down bad, my pipes burst in my old home and with working from home, durning the pandemic. I was on the verge of being homeless.I was 24 with my first apartment, Pepzee really helped start my life.

Been living in an apartment of Pepzee's for many years. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Any maintenance problems have been addressed in a timely manner. Grounds are well kept. They have a regular schedule spraying for bugs even though I don't have a problem.
