I live in Utah currently and we had no difficulty in communicating via facetime on the tours, text, phone call or email. My daughter lives locally and said it was a delight to meet with her. We had two potential problem areas-one where the home inspection revealed a needed and expensive plumbing repair-Brooke easily negotiated a lower purchase price for me to cover the cost. The other included delayed closing dates due to a miscommunication between myself and my lender and need to use a mobile notary here in Utah. Brooke seamlessly obtained agreement from the sellers to accommodate the later dates.

I can't say enough great things about Miranda! Our home search took a very long time due to circumstances with our lease, but Miranda always took the time to be thoughtful and helpful sending us homes and scheduling dozens of walkthroughs with us.
