MANCO PROPERTY SERVICES REVIEWS

ManCo has been competent and efficient. They keep me appraised of the rent paid by my tenant on the app. The rent (less their fees) is paid into my account every month. Repairs have been carried out competently, the charges fair. My tenant has grumbled about the time taken to get repairs done but he was used to me coming over the next day when there was an issue. I no longer live in Dayton so hiring ManCo has been the best solution for both of us.

Manco manages multiple properties for me. I am a very busy person, and email communication works best for me. Gerrad communicates with me on a daily basis about each project that going on. Manco is doing an excellent job.

The check in with Dan went well; he seemed to be listening to what the few issues were in my apartment; and observed that I have been taking good care of this property.
