I am a disabled veteran and use Dr. Griffith! I have been with this office for well over a year and the customer service, experience with PTSD, TBI, and the military is outstanding. I underwent the TMS therapy, but, do to medical issues had to stop prior to my treatment being complete. I will return for another full course. This is an AMAZING pain free treatment and the staff is lovely! I see Kristen, the wonderful nurse practitioner for my psychiatric needs. They do have video appointments and the continuity of care with the same empathetic, caring, supportive provider has made such a difference! They do accept TriCare (in network), and VA insurance (the VA will not refer out at present). Thank you, Dr. Griffith, Kristen, Taylor, Alyssa, Mark, and all of the wonderful staff at Dr Griffith TMS therapy (and psychiatry), Clearwater!

My visit was fantastic since it was my first time going to my appointment in person. The front desk employee was very nice and welcoming. The room also smelled great, and not to mention, the music that they had playing on their TVs was very soothing to listen to, which I liked the most. Thanks for the excellent experience, keep up the good work work.

Dr.Scargle is kind hearted, charismatic and extremely knowledgeable and professional. Her office is beautifully done and relaxing as soon as you walk in you feel at peace. She has helped me in ways no psychiatrist could prior. Her office staff is also extremely polite and professional, as well as responsive. If you need help with a medication or have a question for the doctor, they are on top of it. Really appreciate this practice, and seeing the changes since I started there has been truly amazing. Thank you Dr. Scargle and her team.

Definitely the best psychiatrist I’ve ever seen. Not only is she incredibly kind and thorough, but she knows about natural supplements and how they help with depression and anxiety. I’ve never met a more helpful and genuinely caring doctor. Keep in mind, you may have to wait for your appointment, I waited an hour for my appointment as a new patient. If you’re impatient, aim for morning appointments, but she is absolutely worth the wait.

Dr. Scargle is just the best. I have been dealing with depression for years and the medication was not working alone. She prescribed a medication that has changed my life for the better. It's such a joy to be happy more often than constantly sad. I love her and appreciate her everyday. Thanks Dr Scargle.

Dr. Shanklin is a wonderful human who is truly dedicated to his patients. He gives the necessary time to truly develop an understanding of your situation and medical condition(s) and does his best to develop the most appropriate and effective treatment plan for the individual. He listens to concerns willingly and answers question clearly while explaining the “why” for how the answers are found. I can honestly say in contrast to many other doctors, he factors in all relative information and THEN develops an objective plan for you… Unlike many other doctors who just want to give you a pill for this or that and be done with you. Always professional, polite, kind hearted and a truly devoted to his passion of helping others be able to enjoy their best life. I would recommend him to everyone in need of his professional help.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Shanklin for too many years to count !!! I would highly recommend him as a psychiatrist. He always listens to What you are going through.. He always listens to what you explains everything to you when it comes to your medication , he takes the time to get to know you as a person as a human and doesn’t just throw you away by the wayside.

Dr. Shanklin takes his time to truly develop an understanding of your medical complaints and does his best to develop the most appropriate and effective treatment plan. He listens to concerns willingly and answers question enthusiastically. I can honestly say in contrast to many other doctors when I am seen by him I feel like a person and not just another appointment he has to get through.
