MY son and I think he is a very good DR who cares about his patience. The waiting room is comfortable and the Dr and people who work there are helpful polite and even remember my name.

Dr and staff is amazing! Definitely a laid-back place. If you’re looking for a more homey type feel when you go to the Dr this is your place they treat everyone amazing and even how busy they get they always have a smile on their faces. It is an older building but I’m ok with that they keep it clean and organized so if your looking for a shiny new office with bells and whistles then not for you.

Dr. Urich is great. Good bedside manner and was there for me during a challenging situation as a medical professional.

I recently visited Markou Medical for a hair restoration consultation and treatment, and I’m very pleased with the overall experience and results. From the moment I walked in, the staff made me feel comfortable and well-informed. The clinic itself is clean, modern, and professional. Dr. Markou took the time to explain all my options, including the pros and cons of different treatments such as FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction), PRP therapy, and non-surgical alternatives.

I havre had several procedures with Dr Markou and can only say amazing things about the results and care I received. I read some poor reviews about the staff and the Dr and his team not caring, I had the complete opposite experience and will use Dr Markou again.

I purchased a hair restoration package from Dr. Markou which included 3 PRP treatments, a Capillus laser cap and shampoo and conditioner. The appointments were easy to make and the staff was very accommodating. I have been very pleased with the results. I have new hair growth and my hair is thicker than before the treatment. My dermatologist recommended Dr. Markou and I’m so very happy that they did!
