“Dr. Keenan Smart is a board-certified general psychiatry physician in Norman, Oklahoma. He received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine in Oklahoma City. He finished his general psychiatry residency at the University of Oklahoma School of Community Medicine in Tulsa.
