I have seen Laura Provancal for a couple years and don’t know what I’d do without her. She is incredibly attentive, kind and thoughtful. I came in for EMDR and anxiety - one of my best decisions. She’s helped me take control of my life and learn skills to keep me regulated. She’s great at explaining the science behind the mitigation strategies she shares, how to better understand emotions, behaviors, etc. She’s the therapist I needed as a child. I understand other practitioners at this office also offer EMDR. Highly recommend EMDR as a therapy if recommended by your practitioner - it’s a wild ride but SO worth it.
