Dr Hertel is one of The Best Counselors I've ever had. With therapy she has helped me with PTSD & Depression. Even getting me to the point I don't need a service dog all the time like I used to for years. She's very understanding and gives realistic advice. She never asks you to do anything, unless she feels you can. THOUGHTS, FEELINGS & BEHAVIOR. She has finally gotten that thru my thick head. She's also fantastic with Veterans, like myself.

For years I struggled with anxiety over any number of situations; but thank you Dr Hertel for assisting me through my journey "in a box" filled with fear and many other feelings. In addition I am proud of the huge progress I have made in such a short time. Dr. Hertel is someone who I highly recommend as she has sooo much experience and makes you feel validated.
