From start to finish everyone was so friendly but yet professional. It was an overall good experience. I felt totally at ease. And the doctor was absolutely great. He used a lot of technical terms while talking to his Tech. But then explained everything very thoroughly to me. I need cataract surgery and they're getting me in next week. That is truly amazing these days. Highly highly recommend using them.

One of the most helpful doctor's offices I've been to in my life. They fit me in on short notice. They were so kind and helpful. I had an expired insurance card and they were nice enough to look up my current insurance and even printed me a new copy of it. I had to commute here on short notice and I will probably never use another optometrist again. This place was amazing.

From the initial consultation to the scheduling, operation, and post-op care, everything was handled with professionalism and care. The staff was incredibly friendly and thorough in explaining my options, including the best way to finance the procedure. There was absolutely no pressure - everything was presented in an honest, impartial way that made me feel confident in my decision. Marion was especially helpful, making sure everything was organized and ready for the day of the surgery. Dr. Andrew Osborn and Dr. Daniel Osborn were both excellent - knowledgeable, calm, and reassuring. Their office has a warm, welcoming atmosphere that really put me at ease. Naturally, I had some nervousness but in hindsight wasn't necessary at all. The procedure itself was surprisingly pleasant, and I couldn't believe how quickly I recovered. I am now nearly seeing 20/10 without contacts or glasses - something I didn't think was even possible! My only regret is not doing this sooner. If you're considering LASIK in the SWMO area, it's truly a no-brainer - go see the Osborns!.

The Missouri Eye Institute was wonderful to my father. They were patient and kind, spoke clearly and slow so he could understand what was happening. The doctors, Dr Carter and Dr Osborn were efficient and quick and not having to keep Dad under anesthesia any longer than necessary. Lory, the nurse was so patient when helping my Dad into my car so I could get him home. She explained the aftercare instructions clearly so we could understand and she said if we needed anything to call her. Thank you Lory, and the Drs for everything! You truly are amazing!!.
