Mental illness is real, especially with us chefs. I have had sliced meat smashed in my face from yacht captains, chefs yell at and make me feel stupid, and clients treat me like scum on the bottom of their shoe. There was a time I didn’t think I would be able to change all the damage from the past. I am here to tell you, you can change. You can get better and I am living proof. I go to therapy every other week and am learning not just about myself, but how to deal with others in a kind and loving way. Most battles are fought in our own head, and we can be our worst enemy. You must take steps to overcome those battles. I have been working years on myself through therapy and I have met some real quacks. It took me 6 therapists to get to a good one that works for me. Don’t give up on yourself no matter how hard it is. Believe in the long money, not the short money. You are worth it.

Having known them for many years, I highly recommend Psych Associates of Springfield under Dr. Cline's direction. They do excellent work with both psychological evaluations and therapy, using proven approaches to help people with relationships, anxiety, depression, and other mental health challenges.

Dr. Cline's evaluation was the first time I've felt like someone understood me. He listened, asked lots of questions, and picked tests for me to take. 3 days later I had my results and a plan on how to move forward.

Dr. Bradford was amazing! He took his time and was very patient with my little one, who is less than an easy to work with. He was extremely thorough and spoke to my little guy kind, patient, And explain things in a way that he would understand them. He was extremely knowledgeable and picked up on lots of behaviors that my little one displayed the day we were there. I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Dr. Bradford was very fast and efficient in terms of making an appointment for us. He did a great job working with our kiddo we brought in and gave us suggestions on how to help him. He proved us with a detailed report and very accurate information. We find he was extremely helpful for our case and we will definitely recommend him to people. Very prompt service.

Dr. Bradford has always been polite and professional in every encounter with him. The level of care is astounding at his office which has an inviting atmosphere. The employees there are great too and are always ready to help. Highly recommend.

He is AMAZING. I have an extremely rare disease and some pretty bad trauma. During my second session with Dr. Weiss, he introduced me to Alpha Brain Wave Therapy I believe it’s called… well, it relaxed me SO much. I fell asleep as soon as I got home and had the best nap I’ve had… ever. No nightmares or night terrors, just restful bliss. I’m so excited to see how things continue to progress. You can’t go wrong with him.

Dr. Weis is awesome and my sessions with him are extreemly helpful and important to me. I so appreciate his knowledge as well his compassionate care. I feel confident in his care and treatment.
