If you like kayaking, this is the place to go. My favorite option to do is to kayak from Argo to Gallup park. You get to paddle down the Cascades, small man-made rapids, and see lots of beautiful scenery along the Huron River. There's shuttles back to Argo afterwards

Great local park. Geared towards the toddler-elementary age range. Lots of trees which means shade and some picnic benches. Also, there is tons of space for running around and some baseball diamonds. Has restrooms too. Nothing groundbreaking here but for a local park it's great.
