This park is amazing. Even as a grown-up I love coming here to play and explore. The slides and climbing walls are a blast and the water play area is inspired. Also, check out the labyrinth for a relaxing meditation, and the historical area just beyond.
It was completely amazing. We were in the middle of the pack. The beginning of the pack ended their one-mile walk around the time we started. We went up Plum from 14th, turned between the cathedral and city hall, then down Central to 15th and back to Elm. When we ended, others were still waiting to start. It was huge, loving, and very peaceful. There were all ages from babies and toddlers who didn't understand to young girls 8-12 years who were among the most avid participants, to elderly women
This is a gorgeous park with a great location and a lot to see and do. It overlooks the Ohio River and is home to the Krohn Conservatory, the Playhouse in the Park, and the Cincinnati Art Museum. The overlook is fantastic, providing some great photo ops, and there is a variety of gardens, statues, and trails throughout. Highly recommended!
