Nice park. They have a marked trail that's about 2.5mi long with pretty good inclines and declines. There is a lake here too, I see people fishing all the time, just not sure what they are catching there, maybe an old boot.. Lots of different birds here, if you in to that kind of thing. Don't come after dark, kayotes galore here and they are not scared to approach bumans. Your little doggy will make a good a snack for them.

28.5 Acres Park

This park contains a man-made lake, picnic tables, and trails. I love to run the around the lake and on the trails that join up with the park. You will frequently see people walking with/without dogs, running, bicycling, and horseback riding. Fishing is also allowed in the lake as there are several different species of fish. Less common birds can also be found around the lake.

I've been going to this dog park for awhile and I love it. I have never had a bad experience. The dogs as well as their owners are very friendly! This is the only dog park I've been to where to owners gather and talk. I love this dog park specifically because it's more than just a large area. There's a box of tennis balls. Tires to climb on. Dirt area for digging as well as two separate dog sections based on size. There are always poop bags. And a water hose and bowls are also there.
