Crystal & her team are FANTASTIC! I used Exceptionally Yours for day-of coordinator services and Crystal's dance choreography lessons. If you're a DIY bride like I was, you still need to hire a day-of coordinator you can trust to hand-off everything to. I did all the planning myself and Crystal helped execute the vision & logistics. Coordination - I picked Crystal because I read in her bio that she taught dance classes for kids and managed recitals with over 300 kids. She commands a room and people listen up! The day of my rehearsal, the bridal party, my family & my in-laws were asking how I found her because she really was on top of everything and ensured everyone was in their place! She and her team are super thorough before, during, and after the event. She was very responsive whenever I had questions or changes. When we had to talk through the schedule, she made sure the day went the way I wanted, managed my expectations on timelines, and made great recommendations based on her knowledge & experience. I was able to enjoy my wedding because I knew Crystal had a handle on all the logistics. Dance Lessons - I am a dancer but my husband is not. He was nervous about leading. We did two 90 minute lessons with Crystal. She adapted the choreography to what we could handle. It was 100% worth the money to get Crystal to choreograph otherwise we would have done the hug & waddle in front of 200 people.

Thanks to Crystal and her team at Exceptionally Yours we had an amazing wedding at the Langham Hotel in Pasadena. From the start, Crystal patiently listened to what we wanted for our wedding and then took complete charge of all the details. We had no idea there were so many things that needed to be arranged and done to have a fabulous wedding, but Crystal did and guided us through everything. She is extremely organized, professional, proactive, calm and has a terrific manner in dealing with her clients, vendors and the hotel venue personnel. No matter what ideas or questions we had, Crystal always communicated promptly with us. She recommended outstanding vendors and was able to coordinate the hotel's requirements and restrictions with the vendors. Before the wedding, Crystal helped us with a dance lesson. The day of our wedding Crystal, Caitlin and Leslie coordinated everything. The wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception could not have been more beautiful.
