TOP 3 GEORGETOWN WATERFRONT PARK REVIEWS
This pretty park is located on the Georgetown Waterfront and offers many enjoyable activities. You can witness ducks swimming in the river, admire the abundance of trees and flowers during the spring and summer, relax on benches, and appreciate the natural beauty surrounding you. You can also enjoy the stunning views of the bridge, Rosslyn, and JFK Center. There are several restaurants nearby, occasional street performances on the weekends, and in the past, we have seen some art installations in the park. It's ideal for relaxation, taking in the views, and exercising by walking or jogging. The park is also conveniently located within walking distance from Georgetown Center.
We went there for a brisk evening walk, never expecting the Sun to be very intense. But so it was. Apart from that, this place is very beautiful. There are some restaurants adjacent to the waterfront where people can dine outside. The park is clean and picturesque. And Potomac looked very beautiful with the last light of the day glistening on it.
Absolutely stunning. Visited during the sunset. The view was gorgeous with geese, river, boars, pretty sky colors (hues of blue, pink, orange, red). People kayaking, jogging, kids playing around. Definitely recommend to spend quality time with your loved ones.

TOP 3 THE YARDS PARK REVIEWS
The area was nicely designed with beautiful bridges, lawn and chairs along the way. It’s not too crowded on weekend evening in late April. The night view was pretty amazing, and there seemed to have some great restaurants, winery and stores around this area. We had a fantastic dinner at Chole and walked around the park after it. Highly recommend!
Peace and quiet even on a long weekend with beautiful weather. Comfy seats were great for me to put my feet up after a long bike ride. Love it! A new place where to come more often to escape the stress of the city without even getting out of it.
This is a great area to just hang out and relax by the water. There is few restaurants in the surrounding area and a Jubilee ice cream shop right on the corner. You are guaranteed to see people walking their dogs and people out for walks, biking or FaceTiming.

TOP 3 MERIDIAN HILL PARK REVIEWS
Came to this park Sunday afternoon to participate in Pokemon Go Community Day. I enjoyed the scenery of the park. The large statues and monuments amazed me. It was very comforting seeing people of all cultures interacting with each other or just like me , enjoying the park alone. I really enjoyed the music/beats the group of people was making at the top of the park. The atmosphere was so pleasant. A great place to go clear your mind, meet new friends, even take a nap on a blanket or hammock. I wish it was like this in Roanoke.
Got to visit the park on such a lively day with music playing, the birds singing and activities galore. I came for a clothing swap which I feel is so good for the community. The big open park provides a comfortable environment for everyone. There are hammocks people bring with a good book, live events and everything in between.
I enjoyed an educational cultural tour called "Egypt on the Potomac" field trip curated by IKG Cultural Resource Center which included a visit to Meridien Hill Park.
