ALTON BAKER PARK REVIEWS
Alton Baker Park is located in downtown Eugene close to the University of Oregon and Austen Stadium. There are a lot of nice walking paths and open areas for all sorts of activities. There is an 18 hole disc golf course that's real fun to play. It's also next to the river so there's always nice wild life. Cuthbert Amphitheater is also located in the park, and there's always cool music happening in the summer. The park is free and welcomes dogs.
Took a walk with my little dog, beautiful area. This was off Aspen road. Lots of people with dogs and everyone asked before introducing their dog! Bench’s along the way with trash cans. Paths to water were nice. Will come explore some more.
It was nice at Alton Baker Park. It was quiet and peaceful. I took a couple photos and walked around. It is a good place to get outside and get some exercise.

Cute park with a massive playground and open areas. The real gem are small pathways thru the treeline down to the water for a secluded spot to hang in the shade and listen to the water.
A beautiful view, breathtaking photo opportunity, trails for hiking, dog walks, and picnic areas. The oregon O is located here.

AMAZON PARK REVIEWS
There's something for everyone at Amazon. They have a large dog park area with a circular trail and a covered area in the middle. Adjacent is a park for smaller dogs with a covered area. A long trail runs through the park that connects to other local trails. There is an outdoor exercise area adjacent to the trail. They have a newer playground with musical instruments, a fort, a fire engine , elevated walks and secure swings. In the summer the outdoor pool is open and it is fantastic! Also they have a community building for plays and special events. Restrooms near playground.
One of my top Parks in the Eugene area. The playground is open concept with faux turf so there is cushion to the falls. A huge play structure (little friendly) and a separate one for bigger kiddos. My kids call it the Dinosaur park for the huge one that resides there. Kids love climbing on it! Connected to many running/cycling/walking trails. You can bike around as well.
The whole family enjoyed this park! A great variety of play equipment for all different ages of children. I really appreciated the turf grass so toddler could walk around without getting bark dust on his feet. Nice picnic tables. We walked some of the trails. Our stroller didn't like when the pavement ended and turned to gravel on the trails though. Wonderful park to play at!
