staff was incredibly kind and polite, experienced and good at their jobs, experience is very well worth the cost and the wait. i got a manicure, facial and massage. Mandy, Callie and Andrew did a wonderful job with me and helped me destress and relax from what has been a very challenging moment. was all around a relaxing staycation. i highly recommend their services and expertise. thank you again to all of the staff.

My husband and I gifted our grand daughters (ages 11)a spa day for Christmas. They were treated like princesses from their arrival to their departure. Greeted with mimosas (non-alcoholic, of course), they were pampered and spoiled throughout their stay. Thank you to the staff at Gervais Salon. You are all top notch! BTW….I had THE best pedicure while waiting. Thank you, thank you!!!

Received an excellent manicure from Mandy today. She is absolutely masterful and my nails look great hands-down the best manicure I’ve ever gotten!

I get eyebrow waxes from Allie and it’s past time I share how awesome her work is, along with how awesome she is, in general! I literally always walk away happy and she gives me great tips on any changes I need to make. For my first appointment, she performed measurements on my brows in proportion to my face. She suggested some changes and I absolutely love what she’s done. Highly recommend booking with Allie!

Forgive my spelling but I think it was Leeann that gave me my massage. She was kind, and very very strong. She asked my preferences before hand and then when she found parts that needed extra work she vocalized this and gave me choices for how to proceed. She was knowledgeable, and very very good. I've never had a therapist use their knees! Will definitely be back.

Friendly service, generous with lunch and discounts for making up for moving an appointment. Treatments were lovely and my skin feels amazing! And the garden out back is a great place to relax. And the robes were big enough for my curvy body.

Clare provided an outstanding haircut experience from start to finish. Despite my late arrival, she remained professional and accommodating. Her attentive approach and skillful technique delivered excellent results. I'm thrilled with my new look and will definitely be returning for future appointments! Stylist: Clare, she was awesome!

Joey did an amazing job. From the first “hello” he was so friendly, professional and made me feel great. The way he works his scissors was seriously like “Edward Scissors Hands” he’s amazing. I went in feeling blah, walked about feeling like Julia Roberts in Pretty Woman! I will be going back and will be introducing my daughter. Thank you Joey! I’m one happy client!
