After vetting several Realtors, Michael was selected and I'm very happy with this decision! He has been extremely responsive from the moment we had our first conversation. I needed to sell my mother's home and I live across the country from it. Michael assisted me in locating contractors to prepare the home for sale. He and his team monitored the contractors through completion of their work. The MLS listing was professionally done and accurate. The open house weekend was a resounding success and we entertained 16 offers in all. I appreciated his counsel on negotiations and we were under contract in a week. The path to closing was smooth (for me) as he dealt with an issue that arose. Michael was outstanding and I highly recommend him and the team he has assembled.

Working with the Berdelis Team was a great experience. We worked closely with Armando Martinez who was phenomenal. Armando is: knowledgeable, responsive, professional and prides himself on going above and beyond for his clients. As buyers, having the Berdelis Team on our corner made such a difference!
