Amanda helped my husband and I find our forever home. Amanda was kind, helpful, honest and thorough from the very start. She was also really patient, because we were only "looking" in the Mobile/Spanish Fort area. Little did we know that we would find the home we have been looking for in Bay Minette. We met Mitchell Jones and Will Hairston of National Land early in our search for a family get-away and recreation place. They seemed to know their business and we liked them, so we recruited them to our team. They worked with us at through a long process of review and selection and then through a fairly long process of offer/acceptance/closing. We know we made a good choice of guides and advisors and, after all of that experience and effort, we still like them! We highly recommend Mitchell and Will to anyone looking for farm/timber/recreation land.

Travis is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. The closing wouldn't have happened without his negotiating skills and willingness to be creative with the deal structuring. He also helped with getting a surveyor, which was great since I am not local. I will definitively use Travis Cleveland again and would highly recommend him!

Travis Cleveland was fantastic! He walked and rode several properties with us. He made the purchase process easy and continued to answer numerous questions after we closed and has even visited our property several times to see our progress. He is very knowledgeable about land and land improvement.
