We had a lot of requirements for our first home and they exceeded expectations and everything was handled in a timely and efficient manner. Their email system was great, I have a very busy schedule and it was amazing to have new homes sent to us regularly. Mike, Jess and the rest of the team always communicated well and were quick to respond to our seemingly endless questions as first time home buyers. After we purchased the home they were still very open and communicative about our potential needs, warranty info and anything else they could do to help. I highly recommend the Solis Team and although I don't plan on buying or selling any time soon, they will be the first to hear from me when I do.
