We researched several realtors before deciding on Ruth Krishnan and Lauren Neuschel. We made the right decision. Ruth and her team were very strong and organized. We were very busy during this time (had already moved into our new home, lots of unpacking and projects to focus on). Ruth's team did all the heavy lifting for us and we didn't have to spend a lot of time on the project. And all that said - we got the upper range of the price that we wanted quickly and on time. The home was staged and marketed extremely well.
