This review is long overdue. I've been engaged in the property management business since around 2001 and was introduced to Bruce and an associate of his as they were teaching a property management certification class at the time. I gleaned a lot of useful and eye opening information from the class that's assisted me in providing excellent service to my clients over the past couple decades. Fortunately it was so good that we haven't had to utilize eviction services much over the years unless it was new clients that had pre-existing tenant issues. Between Bruce and his associate from another firm we have never lost an unlawful detainer (eviction) case. I continue to use Menke Law Firm and refer them to exacerbated potential clients who are at their wits end with problem tenants and they've never let us down. Some may feel they're robotic or unprofessional however I believe this is a mistake as assertiveness and knowledge/experience of the law allows them to cut through and get to the meat of a given case. Ultimately they are lawyers not psychologists and need to focus on the pertinent details rather than the minutia or everything a tenant may have put you through. This is beneficial to the client in the long run as they bill by the hour.
