Very good experience with a recent Nochumson U talk. Earlier this week, Alan Nochumson spoke to my real estate team at our Fishtown office. Alan speaks in a passionate yet down-to-earth way and we appreciated his time discussing some real hot topics for us (tax abatements and zoning issues).
