I have experience with lots of real estate of closings in the past. This is the third with Hill and Fischer. The firm is very meticulous and through with the document review. This past closing the bank gave everyone lots of stress and excess paperwork, with a time of essence served. Hill and Fischer got everything thing completed to make it to the deadline, working after-hours and an evening closing to make it work. They are excellent with communication and getting back to you. They make the process very smooth, and you feel assured that the contracts and all the paperwork is done fairly and correctly. This is probably the best firm in Central NY.

Hill & Fischer provided exceptional service throughout my home buying process. They were incredibly helpful in ensuring a successful closing on 09/30/2024. What truly set them apart was their willingness to go the extra mile. I ran into a complex escrow tax issue with the city payment center, and they navigated the situation with expertise and patience, resolving it quickly and efficiently. I had worked with Mary many years ago and was extremely impressed then with her legal talent, professionalism and commitment to getting the best resolution for our situation. She was always very clear and direct on what we needed to do, and also very forthright on what outcomes we could expect. Recently, I needed some legal council. I reached out to her and we carried on as if only a week or two had passed since our last conversation. This is a level of professionalism that is rarely seen in the business world now. She is highly recommended.

I reached out to Mary to inquire about my financial situation. She returned my message immediately and send me lots of reading information.
