The legal team at Dickson Frohlich did an excellent job on my probate matter, they were polite, sincere, and very patient with me, they always answered my MANY questions from someone that knew next to nothing about estates and court procedure; and they went out of their way to put a human touch on an otherwise dry topic throughout the entire process. It's not easy dealing with the death of a loved one, and there would have been no way I would have been able to handle the probate without their help and guidance. The best advertising is word of mouth, and they will be at the top of my list when family/friends need somewhere to turn as they begin the daunting task of their own estate matters. Case in point: the first attorney I contacted turned it down, my matter had a couple of hiccups, and Dickson Frohlich not only took it on, but weren't the slightest bit put off by this, in the end everything turned out fine and only because of their solid advice. I would trust Dickson Frohlich with any future estate matter or other type of legal concern, and they do have other divisions, so keep that in mind too.

I recently called Rob Dickson at his law office, Dickson Frohlich Phillips Burgess, regarding fir trees on our property. I first spoke with their receptionist who was very friendly and thorough in obtaining information from me, she then connected me to Mr. Rob Dickson. I assumed that I would tell him what my problem was and I'd make an appointment to come in for a consultation. Instead, Mr. Dickson started asking me questions and fully explained my rights and my neighbor's rights, then gave me possible solutions. I am drastically simplifying our conversation because he spent about thirty minutes talking with me! He answered all of my questions and empathized with my concerns. He even sent me email detailing our conversation for my records. I can not emphasize enough how helpful Mr. Dickson was, and all at no cost! I highly recommend Mr. Dickson if you have a property problems. I greatly appreciate his knowledge and compassion for my situation.

We had a wonderful experience creating and recording a quit claim deed with Jennie at this firm. This firm quoted a flat fee for the service and provided a free 15-minute consultation before we got started. For this reason, they stood out among the other firms we contacted and won our business.
